Bedlam Restaurant, Dublin 2. Peacock was commissioned by May Frisby of Pasta Fresca fame to revitalise an existing restaurant in Dublin's city center. The approach was to be very eclectic with a little bit of lawlessness thrown in, in keeping with the restaurant name!
